Acceptable storefront use

Visitors must shop and browse lawfully, without compromising security, interrupting operation, abusing protected materials, or harming the rights of others. Ownership and licensed rights in names, copy, photographs, and presentation remain protected.

Product information and orders

Descriptions, pictures, options, prices, and stock are maintained with care, though screens and packaging may show reasonable variation. Sending an order creates an offer that can be rejected, restricted, or canceled for availability, address, payment, fraud review, pricing, or technical concerns.

Charges and shipment

Confirm the item total, tax, delivery cost, and payment details presented at checkout. The separate preparation and transit stages are explained in the Shipping Policy.

New-item return terms

Under the Refund Policy, qualifying defective and non-defective new merchandise can be returned and exchanges are accepted. A non-defective item must be unused and in original condition. Make the request within 30 calendar days of delivery, receive approval before mailing, and use the free prepaid label included in the package. There is no restocking fee. We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days.

Consumer protections and assistance
