Which CamelBak configuration should I select?

What are the delivery estimates?

Preparation usually needs 1–2 business days after authorization. Carrier travel is counted separately at an estimated 4–6 business days following dispatch. More information appears in the Shipping Policy.

Do you take non-defective returns?

Yes. Eligible new products can be returned for preference, a mistaken option, or a change of mind, in addition to returns for defects. Non-defective goods must be unused and remain in their original condition. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery and wait for approval before sending the item.

May I ask for an exchange?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted, with the available outcome determined by review and inventory. Evidence such as photos or video helps assess damage, defects, wrong goods, or missing parts.

Is return shipping charged?

An eligible approved mailed return uses the free prepaid label included in the package, and no restocking fee is imposed. Contact the store if the included label is missing or lost.

How soon does the refund begin?

We process and initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days. The financial provider controls how long posting then takes. See the Refund Policy.
